After winning the Olympic gold medal with Igor Marenić in the 470 Class in Rio last year, the pair was nominated for the award Rolex World Sailor of the Year. Poreč will be their debut in the M32, together with the rest of Croatian Match Racing Team – Rajko Kujundžić, Patrik Damijan and Mihovil Fantela. With the help of their audience they could go very far!


French team led by Quentin Delapierre is coming to Poreč straight from trainings and preparations. And a few days of training together is always the best preparation for a race!


Anna is the most successful female representative of the last year’s match racing regattas, the owner of WIM title and a world champion. Her all-female crew prepared for Poreč in Valencia.


Although he is only 23, Joachim has had great results this season and is one of the front runners of the regatta in Poreč.


Former Olympic competitor in the Finn Class, Postma joined WMRT in February. Don’t be fooled by the low current ranking of his crew – it is made of Olympic competitors and world champions.


This young skipper had his first professional race in match racing in April in Miami – and won 4th place! His crew is fast and strong, and will definitely cause troubles for their more experienced colleagues in Poreč.


At the 2008 Summer Olympics, they stood to win the gold medal before the final round, but their mast broke shortly before start. The Croatian team (Kostov & Cupać) lent the Danes their boat, and the Danes went on to finish seventh in the round, which would win them the gold medal.


Silver medal winner from the last year’s World Cup. After sailing almost every sea, Olivia is coming to Poreč with an all-female crew.


The highest ranking match racer in Poreč will have a debut with his team in Peškera Bay. Three times Polish Match Tour winner in 2016, and a winner of Energa Sopot Match Race.


He has been competing in the M32 since 2016. Måns and his crew won the first qualifications of this season in Sweden.
